Carrie D. York is an Austin, Texas native. She is a descendant of German immigrants who settled in the Texas Hill Country in the early 1800's. Her grandfather worked on the crew that built Mansfield Dam, bringing electricity to the hill country and surrounding areas. She attained her Real Estate Salesman license in 1985. Carrie has worked as a full time agent since, earning her Broker's license in April 2000. Carrie is a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association REALTORS®, and the Residential Sales Council , The National Association of Property Managers with Residential Management Professional Designation and has her Certified Residential Specialists Designation. She cares about Austin and the many unique and beautiful qualities of her hometown.
Carrie has had intensive experience in a wide variety of services in the Real Estate industry. She has specialized in sales of residential and multi-family properties, asset management, leasing, asset planning and commercial sales.

Carrie enjoys many outdoor activities; hiking, biking, walking the town lake trail daily, boating and of course water skiing! Growing up in Austin means you learn to water ski at a very young age and you grow up loving the lakes and rivers in this Central Texas region. She loves to cook, garden and create new dishes with the fruits of her garden. Living in Austin offers the music lover an endless stream of new artists to enjoy. Carrie loves music!
