Market Update from Texas National Title

This week, I attended the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)  Market Update. David Tandy with Texas National Title gave a good talk packed with useful content.

Three slides that I found informative and useful:

This slide shows how the shutdown affected the market and how it came back with a vengeance! Notice April/May were a negative.
This slide one shows why people are moving to Austin- and our ranking – look we beat out San Jose and San Francisco!
This one shows how many people are moving to Austin, 150 per day! With low inventory for purchasing, my thought is our lease market will tighten up even more this summer.
