Having lived in Austin since 2010, Kiko (also know as Enrique) immediately fell in love with this city.
In 2016, he began his career in real estate and has never looked back. A former personal trainer with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition & Food Science, Kiko uses an educational approach with his clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they’re viewing and each step of the purchasing, selling, or leasing process.
KiKo never forgets the impact having the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind. Communicating early and often, Kiko’s attention to detail ensures his clients are kept up-to-date throughout the entire homebuying and selling process.
Kiko’s expertise and unwavering dedication to research around current market conditions allow him to be an informed sounding board for his clients. When he is not working to find someone the perfect home, Kiko spends his time with his dog, Yoshi, either hiking, kayaking, or riding bikes/motorcycles.
